Favorite Place: Boston

 Week 1

Boston, Massachusetts

One of my favorite places that I've visited thus far happens to be one of the most populous cities in the Northeast: Boston, Massachusetts. I was up there for my cousin's wedding, and let me tell you, it was an absolutely beautiful city. One of my favorite areas to see was the Port of Boston.

And of course, who doesn't take a stride through downtown when they're in a new city? Here is an aerial view of downtown Boston. Look how massive it is! The dazzling skyscrapers so close to the body of water were something I've never seen before.

  1. Boston is one of my favorite cities too, Long; my aunt lives near there. And maybe you will be interested in exploring some of the Native storytelling traditions from that part of the country; Massachusett link are an Algonquian people... here's Leland's Algonquin Legends of New England link :-)

  2. Hi Long,
I have never been to Boston before but read and hear about it all the time from history books and shows in school. It truly does look beautiful from the photos you linked. I hope that one day I can visit to see it in person! That downtown view looks incredible and like you said it is also like something I have never seen before. I have seen the Devon close to the river, but never near such a large body of water. Thank you for sharing your favorite place, Long!
